Fragile Web Design will not be held accountable for any form of miss use of any work undertaken, once the transaction has been completed and handed over to the customer.

Prices charged may vary, a SDLC document detailing all work to be undertaken and final price will be provided to the customer prior to work being commenced.

Once work has been completed and has been approved by the customer, upon payment and signing off of the SDLC document, all relevant files will be passed to the customer and there will be no returns.

Any Username and Passwords provided, along with customers details, including address's, telephone numbers, e-mail address's and work requested will remain strictly confidential and will under no circumstances be passed or sold on to any third parties.

Any accessibility issues regarding work undertaken by Fragile Web Design, are the responsibility of the customer, who should provide information stating certain user groups may have problems accessing material.
ie: Stating that Broadband is required for certain material.

Any exccess or further charges you incurr due to using work provided by Fragile Web Design are not the responsibility and can not be passed on to Fragile Web Design.

Invoices must be settled on receipt.
